Dinámica Dolores
This brew pays homage to Dolores Huerta, one of our nation’s most important labor & civil rights leaders. Friends at Chile Line Brewery in Santa Fe developed the brew and assisted us with developing our version. Smoked Beechwood malt and hatch chile bring a balanced blend of heat and smoke.¡Salud!
Polish Victory Lap
This classic Polish lager was designed to be a testament to the brews that followed the Polish immigrants who settled in Milwaukee. Those brews include Pilsner flagships from Tyskie, Żywiec, Okocim, and Warza. To stay true to style, we imported select hops directly from Poland. What you’ll find in these beers (and ours) is a light, smooth, sweet, slightly bitter, refreshing beer. Say no more and say hello to Beer flavored Beer!
THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME
Alan Kulwicki, 1992 Winston Cup Champion. Perseverance, hard work, determination, not deep pocketed race teams, is what drove him to achieve his success. Racing for himself his team of 14 paled in comparison to average teams of 100+. Odds be damned, he won the championship, his way, trusting his gut, silencing outside influence and critics. A unique personality certainly should have their own celebration. In Alan’s case, it was the Polish Victory Lap, driving around the track in the opposite direction after a win. Na Zdrowie to you Alan Kulwicki! Your memory lives on!
Lumberman Red
Leinie’s Red was a favorite growing up. Lumberman Red is our take on that classic. Characteristics of the original with a deep red copper appearance, malt forward profile, caramel sweetness, and a hint of bitterness.
Jones Island
Know what IPA stands for? India Pale Ale. It’s where the beer was headed from England. More hops = better preservation = fresher beer in India. In our case, we exclusively used Polish hops in our recipe. Not for delivery to Poland though. The result? A lighter version of an IPA, with more bite than a Pale Ale. We introduce to you, a Polish Pale Ale.
