Cream City Calling

This brew was inspired by the concept of art in a glass and led us to think of Mark di Suvero’s creation, The Calling, the orange I-beam sunburst found at Museum Center Park. Each year we brew up a unique batch for the holidays. Feel free to share this with loved ones, or not, we don’t judge. This year’s variant (and our first) was designed after Jake’s favorite bread recipe. This special brew infuses a combination of local honey, Door County cherries, WI cranberries, and FL oranges into our Cream Ale. This was our calling this year, what’s yours?
