Do The Dunkel
Maple Dunkel
Malty-richness reminiscent of toasted bread crusts, hints of chocolate, nuts, and slight toffee. Since the annual spring run of maple sap has begun, we celebrate this by adding maple syrup during late fermentation as a special twist on a traditional Dunkel. Brewed with local maple syrup sourced from Crandon, Wisco.
