Zebra Hops

We were thrilled to join Component Brewing Company & the rest of the herd to help raise awareness and funds for National Organization for Rare Disorders, Inc. (NORD) “NORD is the only organization working at the intersection of care, research, policy, and community for all rare diseases.”

We chose to brew a Cold (lagered) IPA as our take on the Zebra Hop. A clean malt bill was designed to emphasize the use of ingredients utilizing advances in brewing technology. This massively hopped, yet crisp & clean IPA includes cryogenic hops and thiolized yeast. The result is a brew with intense grapefruit, cannabis, and guava flavors and aroma.
